2 units per SKU, 4 units per style, 18 units per delivery.

Can I place Re-Orders?

Re-order capabilities are determined in-season. Please contact your rep for current re-order ship windows. We encourage all boutiques to order under the assumption that they will not be able to re-order to help prevent selling out in-season, but we do offer re-orders when available!

How do I access the Digital Order Form?

The Digital Order Form is browser-based, so there is no app to download. You can access it through the Wooden Ships Wholesale website using your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Can multiple people use the Digital Order Form at the same time?

Multiple people can use the Digital Order Form at the same time from different devices, as long as they are working on separate orders.

Can I Order Immediates?

We do not carry any stock for immediate goods, but we sometimes offer Immediate Ship windows for in-season orders. Please contact your rep for specifics.

How do I pay for my order? Does WS offer net terms?

A valid credit card is required at the time of placing your order. Orders are not charged until the order is ready to ship.

We do not offer Net 30 Terms, no exceptions. Full payment is required at the time of shipping.

We also accept PayPal and Wire Transfer. To pay by wire transfer, please contact wholesalepayment@wooden-ships.com for details.

When will my order ship / how much will shipping cost? 

Orders are shipped within the ship window on your Sales Order Confirmation Email. Delays may occur if there are Payment issues. Delivery dates cannot be confirmed, as shipping takes 7-8 days via DHL. Shipping charges are calculated on standard DHL rates from NYC plus handling.

Where is my Packing List?

In a continued effort to minimize waste, we no longer include a printed Invoice or Packing List inside the box.

Customers receive their invoice by email once the order has been shipped. This emailed Invoice serves as your Packing List.

What if I have a damaged item?

We are happy to take back any item that is damaged upon receipt. All returns must be made within ten days of receiving the goods and must be in the original condition with all tags. To start a return, please begin by downloading and filling out the Wholesale Quality Form.

Is there a Restocking Fee if I have to cancel an order?

Yes, we charge a 15% Restocking Fee on Cancelled Orders. Each order we receive is a contract and we are committed to producing the goods for you and to do so on time. To do this we must purchase yarns months in advance. We also book capacity and turn away other orders to meet our commitment to you. In the event of a cancellation, the Restocking Fee helps to defray the costs of the raw materials and the administrative processing of the order.

What if I want to exchange or swap items?

Since Wooden Ships is made-to-order, we do not carry any stock for swapping or exchanging. All sales are final.

What is the size run?

All Knits come in Extra Small/Small (sizes 2-4), Small/Medium (sizes 6-8), and Medium/Large (sizes 10-12).
As many of our styles are oversized, our items fit a wide range of sizes.

What is my item made out of?

All Wooden Ships items are either

• 76% Acrylic – 12% Wool – 12% Mohair
• 60% Cotton – 40% Acrylic

All Wooden Ships items are made at our company-owned factory on the beautiful tropical island of Bali – the island of the Gods.
